1 December 2022 - Abstract submission system opens9 February 2023 - Deadline to submit abstracts1 April - abstract decisions announced- 20 April - deadline to apply for travel grants
- 8 May - deadline to apply for IAMCR awards
- 15 May - conference paper submission platform opens
- 5 June - deadline to submit final paper
- 26 June - OCP23 begins online
- 9 - 13 July - Lyon23
- 12 September - Online Conference Papers taken offline
