IAMCR 2025 registration fees

Conference registration fees are determined by your country of residence, category (student¹or regular) and when you register (early bird or standard). All fees are in Singapore Dollars (SGD).

Included in your conference fee:

Full access to all academic sessions (including plenaries, special and partner sessions and Section and Working Group sessions)
Welcome reception following the opening plenary on Sunday 13 July from 17h00 to 19h30 at the Nanyang Auditorium, Nanyang Technological University
Lunch and coffee breaks from Monday 14 July to Thursday 17 July
In order to limit the carbon footprint of the conference, the IAMCR 2025 programme will only be available in an electronic format (web and app based), also included in the conference fee

Optional extras:

Conference dinner on Wednesday 16 July from 19h00 – late at Gardens by the Bay: SGD 75 (~ USD 55)
Conference dinner guest: SGD 150

Below are the current registration fees for IAMCR 2025. All fees are in Singapore Dollars (SGD). *We have included in the below chart the approximate values in USD. Please note that the actual amount charged will depend on your own currency and may vary due to fluctuations in exchange rates at the time of transaction and fees applied by your credit card issuer. To see the current rate in your own currency, you can use a service such as the Oanda Currency Convertor. As of 23 March 2025 SGD 1 ~ USD 0.75.

The earlybird rates will remain in force until 30 April 2025. After that, standard rates will apply.

9% Goods and Services Tax (GST) applies to participants residing in Singapore and will be added to the registration fee.

¹ Student membership is for registered fulltime students who have not yet obtained a PhD. Evidence of student status may be required at the registration desk in Singapore.
