Cancellations
The full registration fee minus an administration charge of SGD 50 and associated bank and exchange fees will be refunded to cancellations received by 15 June 2025. After this date, refunds will be at the discretion of the organisers.
To request a refund, email hospitality2025@iamcr.org with your situation. Alternatively, you may transfer your registration to another person by contacting registration2025@iamcr.org with their full details. Please note that the organisers will not assist in finding a recipient for transfer.
If IAMCR 2025 is cancelled due to circumstances beyond the organisers' control, the registration fee will be refunded after deduction of expenses already incurred.
Conditions
International Association for Media and Communication Research (IAMCR) reserve the right to deny entry and/or terminate the registration of any person who demonstrates behaviour that is deemed to be inappropriate and/or a risk to others.
Your registration is not confirmed until payment has been received.

Opinions expressed by authors in their abstracts, papers, and during their presentations are personal and do not necessarily reflect the opinions of the Organising Committee and IAMCR.
Insurance
Registration fees do not include insurance of any kind. Participants are advised to take out personal insurance, including health, travel, accommodation and personal possessions.
Liability
IAMCR and the Organising Committee accept no liability for any financial or other losses incurred by delegates during the IAMCR 2025 Conference. Furthermore, IAMCR and the Organising Committee will not take any responsibility for injury or damage to persons or property arising during the IAMCR 2025 Conference or any associated activities.
