How many abstracts can I submit to the conference?
Normally, an author is expected to submit only one abstract.
You may submit a maximum of two abstracts in total, either:
as a sole author, or
as a co-author
Can I submit two abstracts to the same Section or Working Group?
No. You may not submit two abstracts to the same Section or Working Group.
Can I submit the same abstract to more than one Section or Working Group?
No. You may not submit the same abstract, or a version of the same abstract with only minor variations to more than one Section or Working Group.
Such submissions are considered a breach of the conference guidelines and will be rejected.
Is there a limit to the number of authors on a paper?
No. The system does not limit the total number of authors.
However, the system allows a maximum of two presenting authors per abstract.

Is the submission of a full paper mandatory if an abstract is accepted?
In general, the submission of a full paper is not mandatory.
Some Sections and Working Groups do require a full paper. Please consult the specific Call for Papers of the Section or Working Group you plan to submit to.
If a full paper is submitted, will it be published in conference proceedings?
No. Papers submitted to the conference are not published in conference proceedings.
Can I submit an abstract by email?
No. Abstracts submitted by email are not accepted. All abstracts must be submitted through the online submission platform.
How can I submit a panel?

Is online participation possible?
No. Online participation is not possible. The conference will take place in person only.
Is it possible to attend the conference without submitting a paper?
Whether it is possible to attend the conference without submitting a paper will be decided after the abstract submission deadline. This will depend on the venue’s capacity and on the number of proposals accepted.
When will registration fees be published?
Registration fees depend on country of residence and membership category (student or regular)
Fees will be published at a later stage, once participation numbers are clearer and fees can be set as low as possible.
