For all other bus combinations check Google Maps
- Bailey Allen Hall - Plenaries will take place on ground floor
- Áras na MacLéinn - Registration will take place here, on ground floor
- The View is upstairs at Áras na MacLéinn – the elevator is close to the registration desk - and is available for those who need to reach The View (Note: Irish floor systems start with 0 - so the ground floor is 0; the next floor up is 1, etc)
Áras Uí Chathail (phonetical: aw-ris ee cah-hill), the O’Donoghue Centre and Human Biology Building will be used for parallel sessions and social events.
Notes about accessibility at Alumni Plaza:The large lecture hall will be used only for overflow from the plenary sessions. The classroom is on the flat (there’s a ramp into the building). O’Donoghue is accessible.
Arts and Science Building
Parallel essions will take place in the rooms along the concourse and also three classrooms downstairs in the Geography department (AC213-AC215).
We’ll mainly be using classrooms that are easily accessible (once you use the ramp beside the Hardiman Research Building).
Notes about accessibility at Arts and Science: The majority of classrooms are accessible once you use the ramp beside the Hardiman Research Building - The theatres have seating space for those in wheelchairs at the back/top of the room in the back row. Enter through the first set of regular doors and look for the entry to your right or left.
Arts Millennium
Parallel sessions will take place in the ‘main’ Arts Millennium (G005-G012) as well as the classrooms in the Psychology Annex (G043 - G067)
Notes about accessibility at Arts Millennium: All events will take place on ground floor. The O’Tnuthail and Fottrell in Arts Millennium can be accessed easily from the rear.
We will have signage pointing people to rooms and zones, as well as volunteers who can help with specific queries.

Live captioning
We aim to provide simultaneous text and audio for plenary sessions only via the Interprefy App which will be available to you in the main conference app.
Access time
There is a 30-minute break between sessions both morning and afternoons to allow time for refreshments and to move between venues. The campus map is attached to show the venues.
