  • For cancellations received before Friday 29 May 2026, refund requests will be reviewed and, if approved, a full refund will be issued less an administration charge of €30.
  • After this date, refunds will be at the discretion of the Organising Committee.
  • No-shows will not receive a refund.
  • Alternatively, you may transfer your registration to another person by contacting iamcr2026@abbey.ie with their full details. Please note that the organisers will not assist in finding a recipient for transfer.

Conference registrations fees will be refunded after deduction of expenses already incurred or alternative arrangements offered to participants. You are advised to have your adequate insurance to cover for travel disruption and other unforeseen circumstances.
  • Please allow up to 4 weeks to receive any refunds.

Cancellation of conference registration does not affect any accommodation bookings. Accommodation arrangements are subject to separate terms and conditions set by the accommodation provider, and must be cancelled or modified directly in accordance with those policies.
