- 28 November 2025 - Proposal submissions open
- 3 February 2026 - Deadline to submit proposals
- 6 March 2026 - Decisions announced
- 17 March 2026 - Last day to apply for awards and travel grants
- 18 March 2026 - Deadline to confirm participation
- 16 April 2026 - Earlybird registration ends
- 30 April 2026 - Authors’ registration deadline (any paper without a registered author is withdrawn)
- 4 May 2026 - Draft detailed conference programme schedule published
- 31 May 2026 - Deadline for full paper/video submission
- 1 June - Final conference programme published and app made available (subject to minor adjustments/updates)
- 28 June to 2 July - IAMCR Galway 2026
