The following are important dates and deadlines to keep in mind as you prepare for IAMCR 2024:

• 4 December 2023 - Abstract submission system opens
• 7 February 2024 - Deadline to submit abstracts
• 11 March 2024 - Abstract decisions announced by sections and working groups
• 18 March 2024 - Deadline to apply for travel grants
• 5 April 2024 - Deadline to apply for IAMCR awards (Climate Change, Urban Communication and Annabelle Sreberny)
• 8 April 2024 - Deadline for travel grant winners to confirm participation
• 16 April 2024 - Last day for Early bird registration
• 2 May - last day to register to guarantee a paper's inclusion in the programme
• 3 May 2024 - Award winners decisions announced
• 7 June - Last day to submit full papers
• 30 June - 4 July - IAMCR Christchurch 2024 Conference
