Conference papers' main purpose is to elicit feedback and to share research, including research in progress. They do not have to be final drafts. They can be early drafts or working papers.
Your paper must be submitted in PDF format with a maximum file size of 3 MB.
The first page of your paper should be a cover page with the following information:
- Title of the paper
- Name and institutional affiliations of the author or of all co-authors
- Name of the section or working group
- ExOrdo submission ID number
- You may optionally include your email address and the email address of any co-authors and text indicating the status of the paper (for example, "Draft. Do not cite without permission of the author")
Can I change the title of my paper?
If you want to make a change in the title of your paper send an email with the details of your abstract (ID number, original title, name of the section or working group) and the new title to ocp-support@iamcr.org. If the title implies a substantial change in the paper's subject or methodology it will require the approval of the section or working group.
How long will the papers be accessible for?
Conference papers and their optional accompanying videos and slides will be accessible from 26 June, when OCP launches, until 12 September 2023, when they will then be taken offline.
Who can access the papers posted on OCP23?
The papers and presentations posted on IAMCR 2023 Online Conference Papers will be accessible freely only to IAMCR members for consultation and discussion during the extended conference period.
Copyright, citation and reuse of IAMCR 2023 papers and presentations
Copyright of papers remains in the hands of their authors. Conference papers should not be cited without written permission of the authors. Submitting a conference paper does not constitute its publication.
Presentations (slides or video) submitted with papers are the property of their authors/presenters. Any use outside of consultation and discussion during the extended conference period ending 12 September 2023 requires the written permission of each presenter in the video.
Can I submit slides or a video presentation in addition to my paper?
You may optionally submit slides or a video of your presentation in addition to your paper. Presentations will be accessible on the OCP platform to all IAMCR members. Instructions for how to submit slides and videos will be provided in good time.
Will my paper be published in conference proceedings?
IAMCR does not publish conference proceedings.
What about copyright?

Prior to 26 June they may be shared with the heads of the IAMCR sections and working groups they were submitted to, with authorised IAMCR representatives, and with respondents, discussants and chairs. Submitting a paper to IAMCR 2023 through this platform does not constitute publication.

Authors who have already registered for Lyon23 do not have to pay the U$D 25 fee.
You must be also be a current member of IAMCR to submit a paper.
I want do download a paper but get a PAGE NOT FOUND error
Several authors who will be presenting in Lyon chose not to submit their papers online. They appear as participants in OCP groups but, unfortunately, we do not have their papers.
