By submitting your registration, you certify that you are at least 18 years old, have truthfully completed the registration form, and are in agreement with the Refund Policy, Data Protection Policy and the Terms and Conditions of IAMCR 2023.
Registration can only be done by completing the Registration Form. For changes or cancellations contact registrations2023@iamcr.org
All fees are quoted in Euros (EUR), all bank transfer fees/charges are the responsibility of the delegate. Participants are responsible for ensuring that their details in the registration form and amounts charged are correct. No registration can be confirmed until payment is received in full.
The organisers reserve the right to alter any part of the program or other arrangements for this conference, including cancellation or postponement of the event, should unforeseen circumstances require it. The organisers accept no responsibility for resulting costs or inconvenience to participants in this case. Participants are required to have their own travel health insurance and are responsible for all travel arrangements including visa applications if required.
Refund Policy
If, after registering, you are unable to attend IAMCR 2023, contact us as soon as possible at registrations2023@iamcr.org
We will consider your reasons for canceling and we will refund some or all of your conference fees according to the guidelines below.
- Up to 31 days before the conference we will issue a full refund on conference fees, minus a fee to cover banking and administrative charges
- 15 - 30 days before the conference we will issue a 50% refund on conference fees
- We are unable to process any refund within 14 days of the conference inauguration
Please note that reimbursements can take between 7 to 10 days to be processed by IAMCR 2023, and longer to appear on your credit card statement or account, depending on your method of payment and financial institution.
