Almost 2,000 proposals were submitted to IAMCR's 2016 conference by the end of the 15 February deadline. The proposals come from scholars from a total of 89 different countries worldwide. The four pre-conferences that shared the 15 February deadline received another 125 proposals.
The heads of IAMCR's 31 thematic sections and working groups are now conducting a peer-review of the proposals. Authors will be notified of the decisions no later than 1 April.
