The Emerging Scholars' Section will be electing its officers at its business meeting during IAMCR's congress in Durban. The date and time of the business meeting will be announced prior to the conference and will be included in the final programme of IAMCR 2012. The current officers of the section are: Stefania Milan (has served one four year terms as Co-Chair) and Sara Bannerman (has served one four year term as Co-Chair. The positions of two Co-Chairs are up for election. Stefania Milan is seeking re-election as Co-Chair for a two-year term. One Co-Chair is being sought for a four-year term. Other ad-hoc positions with the ESN will also be available and filled at the meeting.
An amendment to the ESN bylaws will be sought at the meeting so that the two ESN Co-Chairs sit on staggered terms, to ensure continuity. For further information and updates see the ESN web site at http://iamcr.org/s-wg/cctmc/
