The IAMCR Membership Committee, chaired by Helena Sousa, will hold an informal meeting to welcome new IAMCR members. This session aims to listen to new members’ needs, interests and expectations. After a short presentation of IAMCR, committee members will be listening, answering questions and sharing their experiences as members of IAMCR both at the academic and personal level.
This informal meeting is also an opportunity to get to know some IAMCR members, among them, IAMCR president, Janet Wasko, vice-president, Graham Murdoch and executive director, Bruce Girard.
This informal session will take place Monday 8 July from 13:00 to 14:00. Get your lunch quickly and when you're done, make your way to the conference room (Sala de Conferencias) in the Aulario of the School of Communication.
