As you know, the main social event of the Conference will take place on Wednesday, 10th July between 7.30 and 9.30p.m.
The Dinner (menu below), served by the Lezama Group, will be attended by 1050 Conference participants and attendees. The dinner will be served in the gardens of the Fashion Museum, a modern and emblematic museum of Spanish fashion located on the Campus of the Complutense and managed by the Minitry of Culture.
The dinner will begin with a tray service of Spanish tapas, followed by the main course which will be a buffet of various rice dishes.
At approximately 8.30p.m., the floor show of Spanish dance /Flamenco Ballet will begin: six dancers will perform “Resonando”, while the dessert is being served. The dinner will end at 9.30p.m. with a final toast.
Dress code: cocktail.
