This is the second in a series of “Madrid Updates” that was sent to current IAMCR members and people who submitted papers to IAMCR 2019.

Professor Dr. Katharine Sarikakis will present and discuss the intervention by Dr. Javier Gomá during the first plenary on “Dignity, a revolutionary principle”.

By the time the February 8 deadline was over, IAMCR 2019 had received a record-breaking 3,700 abstracts from authors in 104 different countries. An impressive vote of confidence in the work of IAMCR and the Local Organising Committee.
