The review of the paper, video and panel submissions has begun. The PCR Section is pleased to report that it received 138 individual paper proposals, 6 video presentation proposals and 4 panel proposals (good for another 19 papers). The Section is using a blind double peer reviewing system, with one review handled by one of our section officials and the second review by one of our 24 external reviewers. We expect to be able to communicate the results of this elaborate on the deadline, which is 28 March 2019.
