IAMCR invites the submission of abstracts for its 2026 conference, to be held from 28 June to 2 July 2026 in Galway, Ireland, hosted by the University of Galway. The deadline for submission is 3 February 2026 at 23:59 UTC.

Two new e-books from IAMCR’s Visual Culture Working Group explore how arts, technologies, and digital media shape today’s global cultures, examining algorithms, images, and audiences through creative, critical, and interdisciplinary perspectives.

On 18 November 2025, the Political Economy Section hosted a webinar to discuss World War and World Peace in the Age of Digital Capitalism.
